Owner/Licensed Funeral Service Practitioner

Grant is a 1988 graduate of Roswell High School. Grant has been in the business of providing funeral service since October 1991. He started working with his parents, Larry and Trudy when they bought the Harris-Hanlon Mortuaries. Grant attended the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in Dallas, TX where he graduated with awards in academic achievements. He was also the President of the Alpha Zeta class during the 1994-1995 school year. Grant is always prepared to offer families the gentle care and concern that is needed during their time of mourning during this life-altering event.

Karen graduated 8th in her class at Cornerstone Christian School in 1983. She has been co-owner of Harris-Hanlon Mortuary since 1998, working side by side with Grant until she opened her own floral shop. “Carolinas Flowers,” was located right next door to the Mortuary and was a key part of the community for 9 years before closing its doors. Karen then settled into a new chapter in her life with the birth of their son, Gracin and being a Nana to 7 beautiful grandchildren. Grant and Karen have been married for 16 years and live happily in New Mexico.
