Ricardo Thomas Lopez

Ricardo Thomas Lopez was born October 24 1979 to Richard and Lucy Lopez and along side his Twin sister Rosalia. We lost Ricardo to liver disease that he battelled quietly but with great courage. He was such a loving Son, Father, Husband Brother, Uncle, Nino, and a great friend to many. From an early age he loved the out doors. He was a typical boy who had a rush for trouble and recklessness. He enjoyed hiking, camping, hunting, cooking. For many years he worked as a cook at Copper Canyon Café where he grew a passion for cooking and showing off his many recipes. He was a devoted father to his four beautiful daughters and deeply committed to his beloved wife of 19 years. He worked so hard for them all and loved them unconditionally. Ricardo is proceeded in death by his Mother Lucy Lopez. He is survived by his Father , Richard Lopez, wife Crystal, daughters Taya, Maya, Skyla, and Kayla Lopez, sister Angela Roybal, twin sister Rosalia Ervin and husband Matthew as well as his nieces and nephews, Luciano, Miranda, Destiny, Mario, Stephan, Martin, and Aiko. Funeral services will be held Friday Nov. 12 2021 at the Sunset memorial Chapel in Albuquerque N.M. The viewing will be at 9:00am and the service will follow at 10:00am. Pallbearers will be Chris Lopez, Luciano Lopez, Antonio Jaramillo, Stephan Ulibarri, Mario Roybal, Brian Ruthardt, Joe Truijillo and Alisia Thomas.
