William "Bill" Benjamin Clements

William “Bill” Benjamin Clements, 79, passed away on April 17, 2019. He was born on February 18, 1940 in Roswell, New Mexico. Bill was a lifetime resident of New Mexico. He was a local Rancher and drilled a lot of wells for his community in Torrance County. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Jewell (Sharp) Clements; beloved wife, Beverly “Cookie” Clements and sister, Judy Rivers. William is survived by his sons, Joe Pat Clements and wife Peri Plant, Thomas Wilson Clements and William Benjamin McDowell and wife Thedra; daughter, Julie Gay Gibson and husband Tye and brothers, Major Joe Clements and John Clements and wife Beth. Bill was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A Graveside Funeral Service is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 2:30 P.M. at the Clements Cemetery in McIntosh, NM. Pallbearers will be Adam Clements, Ben Clements, Cody Clements, Casey Clements, Quinna Salazar, Jesse Huska and Joe Clements. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brett McDowell and Beau McDowell. The family would like to issue a special thank you to the following people Cherrie Krebs, Susie Wood, Quinna Salazar, Michelle Williams, Elizabeth Sporeleder and Dawn Marie Shadden. These caregivers were extremely loving, caring and compassionate and are truly appreciated.
