Roddy Lee Strickland

Roddy Lee Strickland, 54, took the Highway to Heaven on September 1, 2019 in Mountainair, New Mexico. He was born on August 8, 1965 in Union County, Oregon to the late Francis and Nita Strickland. Roddy had a passion for trucking. Not only was it his profession but also his hobby. He truly got to do what he loved for a living. He was a helping heart and considered a brother by many. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Roddy is also preceded in death by his niece, Shayla Tafoya and brother, Peter James Curry Feldmann. He is survived by his brother, John Feldman of Clovis, NM; sister, Saunja Gelvin and husband Richard of Mountainair, NM; nieces, Felecia Tafoya of Ruidoso, NM and Gabrielle Feldmann of Clovis, NM and nephews, Joshua Tafoya and wife Simone of Mountainair, NM, Johnathon Feldmann of Clovis, NM and Samuel Feldmann of Clovis, NM. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday September 14, 2019 10:00 A.M. at Chavez Memorial Park in Mountainair, N.M.
