Richard John Aguilar

Richard (Papa) Aguilar was a beloved Husband, Papa, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He passed away unexpectedly and peacefully in his sleep in his Edgewood New Mexico home at the age of 57 he was born in Los Angeles California to the late Josephine and Eulalio Aguilar on June 18th 1965. He is proceeded in death by his parents and his brother Danny Aguilar. He is survived by his wife Juanita Cornejo-Aguilar of 26 years Nicole Sanchez Richard Sanchez Josephine Sanchez his sisters Diane Lozano Doreen Aguilar Cindy Aguilar and his brother Ernie Aguilar his goddaughters Rosa Lozano Krystal Lozano his godson Anthony Rivas and many nieces and nephews. Richard loved his DODGERS and RAIDERS the 4th of July cookouts with our neighbor he loved listening to oldies he loved helping out our neighbors especially my neighbor Dolores he would go down there and mow her lawn even after his leg got amputated he didn't let that stop him from helping and doing what he loved to do and that's work he said he wasn't going to let that stop him from working and putting Family First. His memorial service will be held on February 22nd at Harris and Hanlon Mortuary 807 Central Avenue Moriarty New Mexico at 10:00 a.m. There will be a potluck reception held at the Moriarty Civic Center at 202 South Broadway at 3:00 p.m. anything you bring will be appreciated
