Peggy Jean Mccord

Peggy Jean McCord, age 88, passed into the loving arms of our savior the Lord Jesus Christ on Friday September 30, 2022, in Edgewood, New Mexico. Mother of 1 Child: Jackie Marie Lowther; Sister of Mary Wright; Grandchildren and their spouses: Kristin Petrini (husband Dirk) great grandchildren, Aidan, Dominic, Maximus, and Lyla; Rob Gomez (wife Amy) great grandchildren, Kailey and Breindel. Predeceased by her husband James McCord (husband); Siblings: Junior, Sarah, Margaret, Betty, Mildred and parents Emma and Arthur Sparks. Born February 8, 1934, in Azle, Texas, went to high school in Douglas Arizona and spent years traveling about the country. She and her beloved “Mac” (Beebee) moved to Moriarty almost 30 years ago where she just loved watching the rain and sunsets with him. They spent many hours on the dance floor and learning about the Lord together. She was a kind, extremely loving person who was bigger than life. She believed family was the most important thing to cherish out of life. She was always the first to lend a helping hand to any in need. She will be forever loved and never forgotten.
