Paul Stephen Tyhurst

Paul Stephen Tyhurst, 55, of Sandia Park, N.M. passed away March 4th, 2023. Stephen was born in Roswell, NM, February 4th, 1968, to Paul and Rachel Tyhurst (Tournay). Stephen was an IT Technician as a contract employee at Sandia National Labs. Stephen graduated from the University of Phoenix with a master's degree in IT Technology. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and boating. He also enjoyed collecting old cars and working on them. The longer he stayed in the computer field he transitioned to collecting and working on vintage video game machines. Stephen was very generous with his time and resources. Stephen loved the Lord and had accepted Jesus as his Savior as a young man. Survivors: Stephen is survived by his mother, Rachel Tyhurst. His sister; Renee Tyhurst Jackson (Gary); niece, Ami Bratcher (John) and children; nephew, Mark Tyhurst; nephew, Paul Tyhurst; and niece, Rachel Webb (Chris) and children. His sister; Stephanie Tyhurst Cannaday (Jim); nephew, Matthew Smith (Sara) and son; nephew, Nathan Smith (Lindsy) and children. His Nephew; Evan Foss and son. Proceeded Death: Father; Paul Arthur Tyhurst Sister; Vickie Tyhurst Foss and her husband Rex Foss Niece; D’Nese Vowell Viewing will be on Sunday, March 12th at 12:00pm and Service at 1:00pm, at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, New Mexico. This will be followed by a short graveside service at Mountain View Cemetery in Moriarty, New Mexico.
