Oscar Lee Wood

Oscar Lee Wood, 90, passed away on May 26, 2020 in Elephant Butte, NM. He was born on November 17, 1929 in Mountainair, NM to the late William Oscar and Anna Mae Wood. Oscar was a lifetime resident of New Mexico. He was an Elks Club Member and a lifetime Member of the NRA. He belonged the Church of The Butte and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Oscar is also preceded in death by his wife, Ina Belle (Ludecke) Wood. He is survived by his son, Quinton Lee Wood and wife Connie; daughters, Linda Alvina Doty and husband Russ and Tommie Carter and husband Gene and sister, Anna Lou Griener and husband Tom. Oscar was blessed with 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1great-great grandchild. A Private Family Burial has already taken place.
