Then in August of 2022 she was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer but sadly lost her battle. Our mom was compassionate, loving, and made it her life’s mission to bring joy to those around her. Wherever she went people would gravitate and she spoke continued blessings and the word of God. She served our Lord by her dedication and passion for the younger generation for 35 yrs. at First Baptist Church (El Paso TX) as she taught them about being kind to one another and to not lose faith. A lover of arts and crafts, and DIY’s. Martha was a graduate of Jefferson High & of EL Paso Community Collage with a degree for Early Childhood Education She shared her love for the Lord with all her family and friends and will be remembered daily by those who surrounded themselves by her. Every person that has encountered Martha will have at least one memorable memory of her. Legacy of Love A daughter, a mother, a grandma too, this is the Legacy we have from you. You taught us love in how to fight, you gave us strength, you gave us might. A stronger person would be hard to find, and in your heart, you were always kind. You fought for us in one way or the other, not just as a daughter, not just a mother, for all of us you gave your best. Now the time has come for you to rest. So go in peace, you’ve earned your sleep, your love in our hearts, we’ll enterally keep.
