Mark Anthony Williams, 51, passed away on July 17th, 2020 in Corona, New Mexico. Mark was born November 12, 1968 in Dallas, Texas to Donald Robert and Maunita C. Looney-Williams. Mark resided in New Mexico for 20 years plus and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Mark graduated from Mesquite High School in 1988 and went on to serve in the United States Army for 4 years. Mark was employed at White Sands Missile Range as Planner and Estimator for 19 years and considered his colleagues his family. Mark cherished spending time with his friends and family. He enjoyed drawing art, traveling, and cheering on his favorite football team the Dallas Cowboys! Marks favorite thing to do was ride away on his Harley with his sweetheart Josephine. He was an amazing father to three and the most incredible grandfather to six grandbabies. Mark was a wonderful person who brought wisdom, tremendous kindness, and joy to every person he met. Mark was a very unique person who saw positivity, beauty, and humor in all walks of life. He was not shy about showing his love and that is one of the fondest memories we will all have of him. Mark is survived by his wife Josephine Williams; son Robert Herrera; daughters Amanda Herrera and Alissa Herrera; sister Donna Workman and husband Joel; nephews Anthony Workman and Brandyn Rose; grandchildren Nathan, Alex, Kayden, Jacob, Jasmine, and Kylie. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Donald Robert, mother Maunita C. Looney-Williams, and brother Leonard Ray Rose. Per the families wishes a memorial service will be held at a later date.
