Marie Josephine Trujillo

Marie Josephine Trujillo July 1st, 1971- March 27th, 2021 Marie Josephine Trujillo, 49, passed away on Saturday, March 27th, 2021, at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque. Marie was born July 1st, 1971 in Las Vegas, New Mexico to Michael and Florence (Lovato) Trujillo. Marie was a 1989 graduate of Mora High School. Marie worked as the HR director at Clayton Homes and wore many hats while guiding her employees to success. Marie’s true passion was assisting women who were in recovery or recently released from state facilities so that they could better their lives and her dream was to own her own support facility to assist women in these circumstances. Marie enjoyed spoiling her three sons and spending time with her family and dogs. Marie is survived by her parents, Michael and Florence Trujillo, her three sons, Marvin and Derek Cordova, and Ryan Trujillo, two brothers, Michael Trujillo Jr and Marcus Trujillo, and her sister, Misty Mares as well as aunts, uncles, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Private Family Memorial has already taken place.
