Javier Macario Castro Salcedo

Javier “Maca” Macario Castro Salcedo, 30, passed away on August 10, 2020 in Estancia, New Mexico. He was born on January 17, 1990 in Chihuahua, Mexico. Maca has lived in the East Mountains for 26 plus years. He loved football, especially his Broncos and enjoyed spending time target shooting. Music, bonfires and BBQ’s were three favorites to him. Maca was a family man. He was always teasing his nieces and nephews, but they knew he was always there for them. His children were the light of his life. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and community. Maca is survived by his mother, Carmen Salcedo; father, Armando Castro; sons, Bejamin and Titus; brothers, Hugo Castro and Juan Castro; sister, Cristina Castro; nieces, Samantha, Irma and Nathalie and nephew, Olavio Jr. A Graveside Memorial Service will take place on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 12:30 A.M. at the Estancia Catholic Cemetery. Pastor Jason Boggan will officiate.
