He served eight years in the U.S. Army reserves, and faithfully took care of his mom until her passing. He loved family time, was a great conversationalist, and had so much wisdom to share. He always dressed nicely, was kind, smart, humble, thoughtful, and always ready to help anyone. Jim was predeceased by his parents. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Norma Ogilvie Tolle; children Tammy Parker, Bruce (Alicia) Rhoden, Brett Rhoden; grandchildren Bryce (Tayler) Parker, Tanea Parker, Kaysen and Kyla Rhoden, Blaze and Dayzee Rhoden, Jonathen Jaramillo, Jayden Jones; great-grandchildren Zephaniah Parker and baby Parker on the way; brother Bill (Charlotte) Tolle; loyal dogs Fancy and Pepper, lap cat Mister Sunshine; and many other friends and family. Papa, we love you so much, and we will greatly miss you. May your memory be a blessing. L’hitraot—it’s not goodbye; it’s until we see each other again. A memorial will be held at a later date.
