Irma Delgadillo

On Thursday, June 25,2020, Irma Delgadillo, peacefully passed away surrounded by family at the age of 80 in Tucson, Arizona. Irma was born in Mexico and was a former long-time resident of Artesia, New Mexico. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Irma was best known as a woman of God who never put herself first. She never looked for praises nor was one to boast. She emanated strength as most of the time her worries went unspoken. She was a firm foundation through all storms of life. Her greatest joy was being surrounded by family, cooking up a storm, and laughing until her stomach hurt. To know her was to know love. She is survived by her four children, Lourdes Delgadillo, Joel Delgadillo, Xochitl Delgadillo, Andrea Delgadillo, their spouses, 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Baudelio Delgadillo, and her two sons, Wilfredo Delgadillo and Jose Louis Delgadillo. Irma’s funeral services will be held at Our Lady of Grace on Thursday, July 2 at 9am and following she will be laid to rest at Woodbine Cemetery.
