Gary Wayne Cox

Gary Wayne Cox II, 50 a life long resident of the Estancia Valley, passed away July 7, 2021 in Edgewood, NM. Gary was born January 24, 1971 in Albuquerque, NM to Gary Wayne and Dorothy (Long) Cox. He was preceded in death by his father Gary Wayne Cox; step father Robert Ward; and brother Shayne Ward. Gary is survived by his Mother Dorothy Ward of Veguita, NM; wife Paula Wharton of McIntosh, NM; two sons Coty Clute of Albuquerque, NM, and Brandon Hilton of FL; two step sons, Zane Wharton of Los Lunas, NM and Christian Hunter of McIntosh, NM; one brother Justin Farmer of Veguita, NM and one sister, Sherry Solomon and her husband Deen of Estancia, NM and Neices Tiffany Reed and her husband Shawn of Eagle River, AK and Brittany Solomon of Estancia, NM and Kasey Solomon of Estancia, NM and Great Nephew Killian Reed of Eagle River, AK. A Memorial service will be held July 31, 2021, at 11:00 am at the Assembly of God Church, 514 Loring Ave. in Estancia, NM. Pastor Alan Louie Esquibel, will be officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM.
