OBITUARY Estella Chavez Marquez, 82, a lifetime resident of Tajique, NM, passed away Monday March 15, 2021 at home. Estella was born September 8, 1938 in Tajique, NM to Placido and Margarita (Candelaria) Chavez. Estella was a member of the San Antonio Catholic Church in Tajique, NM. She will be remembered as a loving wife, sister, aunt an great aunt. Estella is preceded in death by her parents; husband Levorio Marquez; one brother Ernest Chavez and one sister Elisia Chavez. She is survived by two brothers, Lawrence Chavez and wife Greg and Dennis Chavez and wife Norma; one sister Nela Maldonado and husband Carlos. And numerous Nieces and nephews and great Nieces and great Nephews. A rosary will be recited Friday March 19, 2021@ 10:00 am and the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM followed by burial in the San Antonio Catholic Cemetery in Tajique, NM.
