Esequiel Jacob Sedillo

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Beloved Son, Esequiel Jacob Sedillo, aged 48. He passed away on May 9th, 2024, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a lifelong New Mexican resident, he grew up in the town of Estancia, New Mexico and graduated from Estancia High School in 1994. He later went on to graduate from the University of New Mexico in 1999. He was self-employed and resided in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Esequiel brought so much joy and happiness to his family and friends and he will be immensely missed. He was a people person and touched the lives of so many in a beautiful and engaging way. His warm smile, great sense of humor and uniquely captivating laugh will be treasured memories for all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his Sister D’aun “Dee Dee” Sedillo-Zamora, Brother-In-Law Rudy Zamora, Grandparents Diego Sanchez, Melquiades Sedillo and Elisia Sedillo, as well as, one Auntie and several Uncles. He is survived by his Parents Raymond and Lola Sedillo, Grandmother Eslinda Sanchez, Aunt Louella Bobbe and Husband Bill Bobbe, Uncles Paul Sanchez, Tiny Sedillo and Leroy Sedillo, as well as, several cousins. A funeral service is scheduled for Friday May 31st, 2024 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Estancia, New Mexico. A Rosary will be recited at 10AM, followed by a celebration of mass at 11AM. Urn-bearers will be Brian Corp and Fernando Vigil.
