Eric Benny Segura

Eric Benny Segura, 65, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2022 with his loved ones at his side. Eric was born on Saturday, February 9, 1957 in Santa Fe, NM. He was a longtime resident of the Moriarty/McIntosh area and spent many years raising his family in Lamar, CO. He loved listening to classic rock, spending time at his family ranch, and most of all he loved spending time with his family. Eric was preceded in death by his parents Bentura Segura, Noral ArellanesMahboub and sisters Jessie Royball, Bessie Frampton, Pat Lovato, Frances Arillanes, and brothers Mike Segura, Bonifacio Lovato, and Freddie Gonzales. He is survived by his wife Tomasita Segura of Lamar, CO, daughter Erica (Geoff) Ruedeman of Tampa, FL, son Benny Segura of Lamar, CO, daughter Carrie (Joe) Segura of Colorado Springs, CO, niece Emily (Brian) Sanchez of Tajique, NM, and brothers Arthur Mahboub of Estancia, NM and Johny Arellanes of McIntosh, NM, as well as 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Burial will be at Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetary in Moriarty, NM.
