Eddie B Sanchez, age 98, was born on August 10, 1923, in Cubero, New Mexico. He passed away peacefully in his home of Corona, NM on Friday March 11, 2022. He was a long-time resident of Corona, NM for about 44 years. Eddie served in World War II. He was a great Cattle rancher. Men like Eddie B Sanchez are few and far between and he was part of the greatest generation of cowboys and men the world had ever seen. He lived his life as a true cowboy and there was no bronc he couldn’t handle, no bull to big to rope, and no cow to wild to pen, he was a legend and a hero to many. He was a beloved husband, Father, Grandfather and friend. He will be missed by many and left his mark on this world that will never be forgotten. Eddie is Survived by his two sons, Albert Michael Sanchez and wife Loretta, and Elias “Nick” Sanchez and wife Sylvia, He is survived by many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters Libby Maraball and Lilly Chavez. He is preceded in death by his wife Angelina “Eva” Sanchez, Daughter Sharon Sanchez, Granddaughter Annette Sedillo, and by three brothers and three sisters. Eddie will be greatly missed by many. Services will be at a later date.
