Crystal Crosby, 64 years old, born a free spirit on 12/26/1954 to her parents Ruth and Robert Stanton was sadly called to get her wings on 9/8/2019. Those who knew her best knew she loved to travel. She loved walking the beaches of Florida and Georgia and watching the ferries come to port in Bellingham, WA. She loved exploring ghost towns and old gold mines in Oregon and other states. She loved it so much that we got a GRAA membership. She loved searching the mountains, treasure hunting and using a metal detector on her walks on the beach. She never made much money, but she made an abundance of memories. To those that knew her well they called her “Mama Dukez.” Her medical problems were no secret to us all and they did slow her life down quite a bit, but now Mama Dukez isn’t in pain anymore and for that we are thankful. “Mourn me a while if you wish just don’t forget to live life if not for you then for us.” Crystal is still watching over the family still here which includes but not limited to her kid’s friends and family, Shawn, Lonnie, Bobby, Ricky, Albert, Cindy, Donald, Billy, Sharon, Shannon and My Peeps. Special thanks to Harris-Hanlon Mortuary.
