Corrine Darlene Brazfield

Corrine Darlene Brazfield, 62, of Moriarty, New Mexico was called home by our Lord on November 3, 2022. Corrine was born on October 23, 1960 to Angus P. and Gloria F. Gibson. She graduated from Estancia High School in 1978 with outstanding honors in OEA. In 1980, she married the love of her life and true soulmate, Lester, and in 1985, they welcomed their baby girl, Hanna, into the world. Corrine loved her family more than life itself. Her grandbabies were her pride and joy. She was the most selfless person, providing for everyone before herself. She was someone who knew no stranger, referring to all by sweetheart or honey regardless of the length of time she had known them. She had a smile that would light up a room in complete darkness and bring peace to your soul. And anyone who ever met her quickly learned about her love and adoration for none other than George Strait. Corrine gave her all to everything she ever did. She worked for PNM for the past 21 years where she made everyone there a part of her second family. Corrine was preceded in death by her father, Angus P. Gibson; mother, Gloria F. Gibson; brother, Roy G. Gibson; and sister, Darlene L. Gibson. Loved by so many, Corrine is survived by her husband, Lester; daughter, Hanna Sanchez and husband, Randy; grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, Payton, Caitlyn, and Savannah; adopted daughter, Yvette Griego, husband, Eddie, and daughter, Dani; brother, David Gibson, and wife, Sue; sister, Kathy Gutierrez, and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers: Leonard Sanchez, Billy Bob Joe Ray Joe Jr. (Bill) Barham, Eddie Burns, Tito Chavez, Jeff Robinson, and Terry Horn. Honorary Pallbearers are all of her family and friends from PNM. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 10th at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 215 Girard Ave, Moriarty, NM 87035. Visitation will start at 9am, followed by a Rosary at 10am, and Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary.
