Cloyd Rolland Price was born on July 28th, 1950 in El Paso, Tx and was the oldest of 5 brothers who he helped raise along the way. Cloyd and his brothers moved to Carlsbad, NM where he attended high school and met his wife Debby of 50 years. Cloyd and Debby quickly started a family of their own when they had Marie and Michael raising them in Albuquerque, NM. Cloyd spent years in the tire and roofing business, but at heart he was always a musician. Whether he was playing in his band, writing and recording music on his own, hand building guitars, or on his constant search for the perfect sound, music was always his passion. Beyond that he was a huge science fiction fan, laughing along with all the old classics, but especially loved Star Trek as did his entire family. Anyone who had the fortune of meeting him knew that he was the kindest and most caring person, had a holly jolly laugh, gave the best hugs in the universe, and loved all his family especially his two granddaughters Savannah and Sierrah who had best watch their ears! Our hearts ache and we will all miss him greatly. Beam him up Scotty.
