Charles Ariaga

Charles Ariaga, 69, passed away February 9, 2022 at home in Edgewood, New Mexico. He was born July 30, 1952 in Los Angeles, California to Josephine Glavan . He graduated from El Rancho High School in 1970. Charles went on to serve our country in the United States Army and was 82nd Airborne. After an Honorable discharge he became a commercial truck driver until he retired in 2008. Charles had many interests, riding his motorcycle, working on cars, spending time with his grandchildren, but his favorite was spending time with his wife of 48 years. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Eva. He missed her every day since and is now reunited with her. He is survived by his two daughters Rachel and Joann and four grandchildren Alyssa, Deante’, Jaden, and Charles (named after grandpa). Charles will be missed greatly. We find comfort in our hearts that his spirit lives on forever in heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18
