It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cassie Leilani Clark Caster, a beloved wife, stepmother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Cassie passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and cherished memories. Born on June 22, 1956, to Homer Ray Clark and Clara Lucille Passmore, Cassie grew up with a love for the simple joys of life. She found her passion in horses, sewing, and the timeless beauty of classic cars. Cassie embraced the ranch and western life with an open heart and unwavering enthusiasm, embodying the spirit of resilience and grace. For over 36 years, Cassie was the devoted wife of William Caster, with whom she built a beautiful life full of love and shared dreams. She was a dedicated stepmother to three boys, a nurturing grandmother to 11 grandchildren, and a proud great-grandmother to nine great grandchildren, all of whom adored her deeply. Cassie’s warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her love for her family and the values she instilled in them will continue to resonate through the generations. She will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her talent for sewing creations that became family treasures, and her joy in sharing stories about her favorite classic cars. Her life was a testament to her love of the western lifestyle and her passion for the traditions she held dear. Cassie brought people together, whether on the ranch or at family gatherings, and her laughter will forever echo in our hearts. She is survived by three stepchildren, David, Darren and Dean, Sister Kitty Solomon, 11 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her husband William Caster, parents, Homer Ray Clark and Clara Lucille Passmore and brother Ray Clark. A celebration of Cassie’s life will be held at Grand Quivira Church Saturday December 7th at 11 am where family and friends can gather to honor her legacy. Reflecting her enduring love for her community and the ranching way of life. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Pinion Cemetery on the Caster Ranch following the service. A donation to the church can be made in-lieu of flowers. Cassie Leilani Caster will forever be remembered as a beacon of love, strength, and beauty. Though she may be gone, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
