Brijida Felix

Brijida Felix, born November 19, 1923 went to be with the Lord on January 10, 2019 in Albuquerque, NM. Brijida was a lifetime resident of Encino, NM. Brijida was a wife, mother, loving grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Andres and Octaviana (Larranaga) Pena; husband, Juan D. Felix; sons, Benito S. Felix and Harold R. Urioste; sisters, Lupe Tapia, Caroline Tenorio, Rita Romero, Helen Garcia, Albert Pena and Cipriano Pena. Brijida is survived and will forever be remembered by her daughters; Mary Lou Urioste and Liz (Felix) Chavez; son, Robert Felix and wife Darla; brother, Andy Pena and wife Mercedes; sister, Carmen Montano; brother, Antonio Garcia and god son, Adam Urioste. Brijida was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Encino, NM. The Rosary will be recited at 10:30 A.M. with the Celebration of Mass to follow at 11:30 A.M. Father Leonard Paskus will Officiate. Pallbearers will be Adam Urioste, David Urioste, Benjamin Felix, Anthony Kennedy, Robert Felix Jr. and Derek Sanchez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tina Romero, Lucy Sisneros and Andy and Mercedes Pena. Interment will be at the Encino Catholic Cemetery in Encino, NM.
