Bertha Rose Roland

Bertha Rose Roland, 100 years old of Midland Tx, passed away July 8, 2021 in Midland, TX. She was born February 24, 1921 in Moriarty, NM, to William and Florence (Williams) Thompson. Bertha is preceded in death by her parents; husband Lester Roland Sr; and three sons Ronny M. Roland, Lee D. Roland, and Tommy R. Roland. Bertha is survived by two sons, Lester Roland Jr and his wife Barbara of Midland, TX and David Roland and his wife Cathy of Albuquerque, NM; seven grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Thursday July 15, 2021 @ 11:00 am at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM with burial to follow at the Estancia Cemetery in Estancia, NM. Services will be officiated by David Roland. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM.
