Armelina Padilla

Armelina H. Padilla, 93, passed away on February 24, 2021 in Abo, New Mexico. She was born on June 10, 1927 in Torreon, New Mexico to the late Abel and Maria (Montoya) Herrera. Armelina was a lifetime resident of the New Mexico. She was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Blue Army Rosary Society, Our Lady of Sorrow Society and Sociedad Del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus Society. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and community. Armelina is also preceded in death by her husband, Elfido Padilla; sons, Elfido Padilla Jr. and Anthony Trinidad Padilla and grandson, Adam Michael Padilla. Armelina is survived by her sons, Mike Padilla and wife Fedelina and Gabriel Padilla and daughter, Mary Baca. Armelina was blessed with 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at the St. Alice Catholic Church in Mountainair, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Miguel Padilla, Solomon Padilla, Macario Salas, Francisco Baca, Chris Padilla and Franklin Jaramillo. Honorary Pallbearers will be Nathaniel Padilla, Jordan Padilla and Johnny Padilla. Burial will take place at the Abo Catholic Cemetery in Abo, New Mexico.
