It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Adelina "Lena" Trujillo, resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was called to rest on February 15th, 2025, with family by her side.
Services will be held on Friday February 28th, 2025. Rosary 8:15am, Mass at 9:00am, at St. Anne's Parish, 1400 Arenal SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87105. Followed by burial at Corona cemetery in Corona, New Mexico.
Lena was a proud retired employee of the University of New Mexico. Her hard work and dedication to loving and supporting her family layed a strong foundation for all her loved ones. Her unwavering faith, grace and love is the legacy she leaves with us. She was an amazing, strong woman with a beautiful soul and a warm caring heart.
She was a beloved and cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt. She is survived by her children: Glenn [Kathy] Trujillo, Josephine "Fina" Trujillo, Lora Reyna and Rosanna Trujillo; Grandchildren: Maxine Abeyta [Gary Chavez], Mary Reyna, Joshua Trujillo, Andrea "Alexis" Abeyta, Shyanne Reyna [Joseph Chavez] & Nickolas Trujillo; Great grandchildren: Natasha Campbell, Isaac "Junior" Campbell, Ezekiel Abeyta, Zayden Abeyta & Allyon Salazar and sister: Dickie Chavez. Among numerous neices and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her son Arturo Trujillo, granddaughter Natasha Reyna, parents Ruperto & Rosita Sanchez and brother Pat Sanchez, to include extended family members.
Lena will be missed dearly and her love will always be with us. Let's honor her by carrying her in our hearts for all of our days.
