Mary D Caliz

Mary D. Caliz, 79, of Edgewood, NM passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at her home with her loving family beside her. Mary was born August 10, 1928 in Madrid, NM to Felix and Candelaria (Sanchez) Montoya. Mary married Tom J. Caliz in Cerrillos, NM. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mary is survived by her husband Tom Caliz; son, Christopher Castellanos; daughters, Eva Ariaga; Bernice Boike; grandchildren, Rachel; Joann; Chris; Kenny; Halei; and great grandchildren, Alyssa; Deante; Elijah; Jaden; Charlie and baby Castellanos. A Viewing will be held Thursday, January 17, 2008 at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary Chapel in Moriarty, NM from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. A Rosary and Mass will be recited Friday, January 18, 2008 at 10:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Edgewood, NM; Father William Young will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Mountain Valley (Barton) Cemetery in Edgewood, NM. Pallbearers will be Charles Ariaga, Christopher Castellanos, Benny Jaramillo, George Gonzales, Kenny Boike and Kenneth Boike. Honorary Pallbearers are Elijah Castellnos, Deante Bailey, Jaden Gonzales and Charles Thomas Gonzales.
