Winnie Lou Love

Winnie Lou Love, 76, of Moriarty, NM passed away on Monday, August 4, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM. Winnie was born on July 19, 1932 in Dimmit, TX to William Oscar and Nellie (Turner) Jones. Winnie married Albert Woodrow Love on September 24, 1962 he preceded her in death on Ma 7, 2007. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Richard Whinery and grandsons, Bradley Warren and Johnny Joe Whinery. Winnie is survived by her sons, Johnny Whinery of CA; Vernon Whinery and wife Joan of CA; Billy Whinery of SD; Walter Whinery and wife Kippy of CA; daughters, Cheryl Gingall and husband Tom of CA; Valrea Whinery of Albuquerque, NM; Jodi Love of Moriarty, NM; sister, Zelda Dean and husband Crile of CA; 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary Chapel in Moriarty, NM from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 8, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Moriarty, NM at 1:00 PM; Pastor Tom Schenk will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery in Moriarty, NM. Pallbearers are Scott Love, Nick Tapia, Danny Whinery, Greg Alexander, Aaron Longoria and Jimmy Anderson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Paul Tapia Jr., Johnny Whinery, Billy Whinery, Vernon Whinery and Walter Whinery.
