Louise Pamelya Kite

Louise Pamelya Turner Kite, 93, of Gran Quivira, NM passed away Sunday, December 2, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM. Louise was born December 26, 1913 to Jones and Myrtle (Russell) Turner in Emory, TX. She was the oldest of 13 children. She married Jack L. Kite on May 19th and was married for 74 years and 11 months at the time of his death. They had four children, Jackie Louise Kite who preceded her in death at the age of 62. Louis Kite and wife Bea of Carlsbad, NM; Melvin Kite and wife Carol of Kingman, AZ; Paul Kite and wife Gale of Mountainair, NM. She is also survived by 3 sisters, Pauline Trout of Belen, NM; Essie Joe Chappel of Kingman, AZ and Julia Meadlock if Kingman, AZ. Louise was also blessed by 14 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren and 26 great great grandchildren. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and a devoted Christian and a life long member of the Gran Quivira Church. She will be missed dearly by all. A Viewing will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2007 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary Chapel in Mountainair, NM. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 6, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the Gran Quivira Church, Darrell Roberts will be officiating. Interment will follow at White Lakes Cemetery. Pallbearers are Mike Brazil, Johnny Perea, Jodie Anglin, Matthew Connell, Eppy Paez and Tracy Kite. Honorary Pallbearers will be Colvin Connell, Mark Lewis, grandsons and great grandsons.
