Ernestine Ricard

Ernestine “Teeny” Wall Ricard, 80, of Edgewood, NM passed away January 11, 2008 at her home with her loving family beside her. Teeny was born December 14, 1927 in Winston Salem, North Carolina to Ernest and Ruth (Wall) Hinshaw. Ernestine married Earl “Ric” Ricard in 1949 in Danville , Virginia. They came to New Mexico in 1962 where “Ric” was stationed at Manzano Base. They moved to North Carolina in 1984 and returned to New Mexico in 2004 and have lived in Edgewood for the past 3 ½ years. Teeny is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband “Ric”, daughters, Lynda A. Rood; Deborah Price; Renae Postenrieder; and Tina Marie Sanchez, seven grandchildren and 5 ½ great grandchildren. A viewing will be held Sunday, January 13, 2008 from 10:00-11:00 AM with family and close friends at the Harris Hanlon Mortuary Chapel in Moriarty, NM. Cremation will follow. Arrangements entrusted to
