Ray Meldrum Kayser

Ray Meldrum Kayser, 78, of Mountainair, NM passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2007 in Mountainair, NM. Ray was born July 13, 1928 in Eastview, Mountainair, NM to Bert and Ollie (Dye) Kayser. Ray married Hedwig Gass on December 20, 1955 in Germany; he has also been a resident of Mountainair for 78 years. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ray is survived by his wife Hedwig Lina Kayser of Mountainair, NM; son, Axel Kayser of Avon, CO; daughters, Deloris and husband Glenn Fulfer of Mountainair, NM; Carol and husband Ray Zamora of Mountainair, NM; brothers, Louie Kayser; Philip Kayser; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A viewing will be held Friday, April 20, 2007at the First Assembly of God Church in Mountainair, NM from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church in Mountainair, NM; Aaron Kayser and Ed Rimer will be officiating. Pallbearers are Glenn Fulfer, Ray Zamora, Santana Zamora, Cimarron Zamora, Kenneth Shaw and Marvin Vaugh. Honorary Pallbearers will be all Friends and Neighbors. Internment will follow at the Kayser Eastview Cemetery in Mountainair, NM.
