Maria Francisca Marquez, 81, of Moriarty, NM passed away on November 5, 2008 at her home with her loving family beside her. Maria was born on August 31, 1927 to Marivico and Marcelina (Montoya) Tapia in Villanueva, NM. Maria was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Pascual Marquez Sr; sons, Pascual Marquez Jr; Ernest Marquez; Jesus Marquez; and step-son, Paul Marquez Sr. She is survived by sons, Christopher Marquez and fiancé Desiree of Moriarty, NM; Silvino Marquez and wife Mary of Albuquerque, NM; Jimmy Marquez of Moriarty, NM; Raymond Marquez and wife Dora of Moriarty, NM; Phillip Marquez and wife April of Moriarty, NM; Ernest Marquez and wife Cynthia of Moriarty, NM; daughters, Dolores Bily and Mike Montoya of Santa Fe, NM; Vayola Reagan and husband Gordon of Moriarty, NM; Yolanda Lovett and husband Nathen of Moriarty, NM; Norma Oritz and husband Adam of Albuquerque, NM; step-son, Carlos Tapia and wife Patsy of Santa Fe, NM; step-daughters, Sara Pene and husband Joe of Santa Fe, NM; Sadie Marquez of Santa Fe, NM; 30 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
