Viola Mae Solomon

Viola Mae Solomon, 89, of Estancia, NM passed away Sunday, April 8, 2007in Estancia, NM. Viola was born April 12, 1917 to August and Wanda (Hurzog) Schultz in Cimmaron, Kansas. Viola married Chan E. Solomon on December 20, 1937 and he preceded her in death on September 11, 1961. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, James Solomon; brothers, August Schultz; Forrest Schultz; Pete Schultz; Andy Schultz and great granddaughter, Brandy Crider. Viola is survived by her sons, Olin and wife Kitty Solomon of Estancia, NM; Gayln W. Solomon of Estancia, NM ; daughter-in-law, Shirley Solomon of Ewing, NM; brother, Wayne Schultz; sisters, Wanda and husband Ray Morris of Estancia, NM; Amelia and husband Bob Shield; seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Service will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at 9:30 AM at the Assembly of God Church in Estancia, NM. Pastor Michael Dominguez will be officiating. Internment will follow at the Estancia Cemetery in Estancia, NM. Pallbearers are Olin Dean Solomon Jr., Leo Dennisson, Dillon Erwin, Brain Crider, Jim Solomon and JC Collins.
