Geraldine M. South, 80, of Estancia, NM passed away Friday, May 16, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM. Geraldine was born September 4, 1927 in Peoria, Illinois to Clifford and Mary (Summers) Gunner. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Avery P. South Jr. Geraldine is survived by her son, Terry L. South and wife Shirly Ann of Estancia, NM; brother, Clifford S. Gunner of Colorado Springs, CO; sisters, Sonja Jones of Albuquerque, NM; Joan Gunner of UT and Sherly Lee Dourty of WI. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Estancia, NM; President Virgil Higgins will be officiating.
