Gilbert Dean Zamora

Gilbert Dean Zamora, 37, of Moriarty, New Mexico passed away on September 2, 2008 in Sedillo, NM. Gilbert was born on February 23, 1971 to John T. Zamora and Mary Leyba in Monte Vista, Colorado. Gilbert was into building beautiful cars and always showing great work and pride in them. He was the president of the Special Dreams Car Club Chapter 2. He loved being with family and friends and visiting the beautiful mountains of Mora. Gilbert is survived by his parents, John Zamora and Mary Leyba; son, Dean “Bear” Zamora; daughters, Crystalynn Zamora; Abigail Zamora; brothers, Tony J. Zamora Sr. and wife Bernadette; Tim Leyba and wife Barbara; Jimmy Leyba; and sister, Terry (Lalo) Lopez. A viewing will be held Friday, September 5, 2008 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM. A rosary will follow at 7:00 PM at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary. A Graveside service will be held Saturday, September 6, 2008 at the Mountain Valley Cemetery in Edgewood, NM at 11:00 AM. Pallbearers will be Steve Leyba, Tim Leyba, Tony J.
