William Benjamin Burns

William Benjamin Burns, 85, of Estancia, NM, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 in Albuquerque, NM with his loving family around him. Ben was born to George W. and Anna Belle (Eddy) Burns on March 6, 1920 in Becton, TX. He married Claudia Lorraine Caudill on December 13, 1938 in Reserve, NM. They moved to Estancia in 1953. His wife of 66 years, Loraine; son Neil Burns and his wife Donna of Belen, NM; daughters Kay Brown and her husband Adron of Estancia, NM, D’Aun Morris and her husband Raymond of Torreon, NM, survive Ben. His brothers, Johnny Burns and his wife Leoda of Hobbs, NM, and Alton Burns and his wife Betty of Green River, UT; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren also survived him. His parents predeceased him in death. Ben will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, and friend and will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
