Dorothy Elizabeth Gustin

Dorothy Elizabeth Gustin, 85, of Mountainair, NM passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at her home with her family beside her. Dorothy was born February 14, 1924 in Fleetwood, OK. She loved being around family and friends, playing cards, dominoes, crocheting, knitting, making crafts and cooking. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents W.L. and Elsie Ann (Cathy) Toombs and one brother, Ray Toombs. She is survived by her husband Beryl Gustin of the family home; sons Larry Gustin and wife Patsy of Estancia; Daryl Gustin and wife Gloria of Kirkland; Terry Gustin and wife Mary of Belen; and Ronnie Gustin and wife Doris of Mountainair; brother Eddie Toombs of Portales; sisters, Billie Keelin of Colton, CA and Bobby Perez of Santa Fe; sister-in-law Wendy Toombs of Portales; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Mountainair, NM at 1:00 PM with Pastor Darrell Roberts officiating.
