Charles Richard Gilbert

Charles Richard Gilbert, 72, of Mountainair, NM, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at home with his loving family beside him. Charles was born on May 19, 1933 in Crawford, TX to Emory and Edna (Williams) Gilbert. He married Jimmie Louise Wilson on December 6, 1974 in Waco, TX. They moved to Mountainair in 1983. Charles proudly served his country in the Air Force/Air Corp. Charles is survived by his wife, Jimmie, of the home; a son, Nicholas Gilbert of Mountainair, NM; and three brothers, Kenneth Gilbert, Darrel Gilbert, and Leonard Gilbert. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emory and Edna Gilbert. Charles will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
