Adelina "Addie" I. Tafoya

Adelina I. Tafoya, 59, of Moriarty, NM passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 in Albuquerque, NM with her loving family beside her. Adelina was born March 21, 1946 in Encino, NM to Prospero and Guadalupe (Gonzalez) Saiz. She married William A. Tafoya on October 8, 1984 in Moriarty, NM. He survives her. Adelina is also survived by her daughter, Dorenda Baca and her husband Billy; brother, Ross Saiz and his wife Juana; sisters, Mary Quintero, Alice Williams, and Patsy Rubi; three grandchildren, Amanda Baca-Macias, and William Baca II; two great-grandchildren, Lorali Macias, and Jonah Baca; her mother, Guadalupe Saiz; and many friends. Adelina will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, aunt, and friend. All that knew and loved her will miss Adelina. A Rosary will be recited for Adelina on Friday, January 27, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, NM. A Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 28, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, NM. Father William Young will be officiating.
