Clyde Raymond Harrison

Clyde Raymond Harrison, 72, of Mountainair, NM passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2006 in Belen, NM. Clyde was born January 12, 1934 to Emanuel and Lola (Roach) Harrison. He married Louise Beck on June 5, 1963. Clyde proudly served his country in the United States Army. Clyde had worked as a signalman for the Santa Fe Railroad. Clyde is survived by his wife, Louise Harrison of the home; sons, Eddie Lee Walton and his wife Helen of Belen, NM, and Patrick Neal Harrison and his wife Lorraine of Blue Springs, NM; a daughter, Darla Thompson and her husband Joe of Roswell, NM; brothers, Alvin Harrison and his wife Josie of Las Vegas, NV, and Corky Harrison and his wife Genevia of Tijeras, NM; sisters, Nora Jean Maxwell of Ohio, and Nellie Laslie of Kentucky; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Clyde will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. All that knew and loved Clyde will miss him. Clyde will lie-in-state at the Harris-Hanlon Chapel in Mountainair, NM from 4:00 to 8:00 Monday, March 6, 2006. A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Harris-Hanlon Chapel in Mountainair, NM. Richard Spencer will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Pat Harrison, Mike Padilla, Leon Monk, Lilo Padilla, Chester Riley, and Troy Harrison. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Bullington, Warren Matthews, and Pat Ortiz. Interment will be at the Mountainair Cemetery in Mountainair, NM.
