Charles was born April 30, 1920 in Washington, DC to Charles Francis and Maggie Edna (MarDres) Dodd. Charles was a WWII Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son; two brothers and three sisters. Charles is survived by one son; three daughters; sisters, Joan McDonald and husband Jay; Jean Parker and one grandchild.
