Gloria Dee Balaskovits

Gloria Dee Balaskovits (Clark), 44, of Moriarty, NM passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at her home in Moriarty, NM. Gloria was born June 29, 1963 in Natchez, MS to Darvin and Marjorie (Brock) Clark. Gloria married Doug Balaskovits on June 28, 1985. Gloria was truly the most loving, kind, thoughtful and generous women you could ever have known. She’d give you the shirt off her back or even her last dime. She was so selfless always putting everyone else’s needs before her own. Her smile would light up a room and her laughter was so contagious. Her love for people extended to animals, as well. Her cats and dogs were her babies and they were treated as such. She’d take in any stray that came along. She also loved to cook and share with family and friends. She loved her family more than anything, she was such a good wife and mother and she very much enjoyed taking care of her family. Anyone that knew her was blessed to have has her in their lives. Gloria, let Jesus take you by the hand and show you the way, and always and ever be assured, we’ll meet again some day. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Eddie Lester. Gloria is survived by her husband, Doug Balaskovits of Moriarty, NM; son, Jerrod Balaskovits of Moriarty, NM; sisters, Brenda Sexton and husband Dane of Albuquerque, NM; Linda Heard and husband Alvin of Richardson, TX; sister-in-laws, Frankie Andregg and husband Ron; Mary Beth Rakisky; Vickie Karnes; brother-in-laws, Dan Balaskovits and wife Maryjane; Ken Balaskovits and wife Gloria; Jeff Balaskovits and wife Lynn and nephew, Justin Eberhard. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 4, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary Chapel in Moriarty, NM Brett Travis will be officiating.
