Charles Timothy Parker

Charles Timothy Parker, 69, of Estancia, NM passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Charles was born on December 21, 1940 in Albuquerque, NM to Milton F. and Amy M. (Daniels) Parker. He married Hannelore A. Kalber on March 20, 1972 and was a lifelong resident of Torrance County. Charles served as Sgt. First Class in the US Army. He retired from P & M Signs where he was a graphics technician. Charles was preceded in death by his father, Milton F. Parker; stepfather, Rufus “Slim” Sanders; and grandson, Christopher Robin Chavez. He is survived by his mother, Amy Sanders of Albuquerque, NM; wife, Hannelore Parker of Estancia, NM; son, Charles Thomas Parker of Vicksburg, MI; daughter, Ann Rippetoe & her husband Rusty of Keyes, OK; brothers, Jess Parker and his wife Irene and Robert Sanders; sister, Cathy Lehman; and three grandchildren. There will be a viewing on Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 11:00am to 12:00noon at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Mountainair, NM. A Graveside Service at the Mountainair Cemetery in Mountainair will follow at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 27, 2010. Honorary Pallbearers will be Phil Archuleta and Anthony Shepherd.
