Pete Schultz, 84, a resident of Socorro, NM, passed away Wednesday September 20, 2006, at his home in Socorro, NM. Pete was born January 26, 1922, to August & Wanda (Lowe) Schultz, in Cimerron, KS. Pete was a member of the Socorro Church of Christ. He also served in the United States Army during WWII. Pete is survived by one brother Wayne Schultz, of Albuquerque, NM; three sisters Viola Solomon of Estancia, Wanda Morris and her husband Ray of Estancia, and Amelia Shield and her husband Bob of Moriarty, NM, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pete will be remembered as a loving brother, uncle, and friend and will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held Monday September 25, 2006—10:30 AM at the Estancia Church of Christ, with Rev. Edward Johnson officiating, burial will follow at the Estancia Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Olin Solomon, Jim Solomon, Raymond Morris, Dane Morris, Alan King, Dylan Salvo, and J.C. Solomon. Honorary pallbearers will be Pete’s Nieces and Nephews.
