JoAnne C. Erkert, 65, of Edgewood, NM passed away at her home on Saturday, June 6, 2009. JoAnne was born on August 9, 1943 in Fosston MN to Carl and Blanch (Urdahl) Johnson. She was a life time resident of New Mexico. JoAnne married Ronald Erkert, her husband of 44 years, in Farmington, NM on June 26, 1965. She is survived by her mother, Blanch Stewart; husband, Ronald Erkert; son, Ronald S. Erkert; daughter, Victoria French; brothers, Jerry and Troy Stewart; sisters, Judy Gebman, Patricia Roberts, and Fern Colebank; and two beloved grandchildren, Tori and Gage French.
