Antoine Pierre Zamora

Antoine Pierre Zamora, 72, passed away on January 23, 2018 in Edgewood, New Mexico. He was born on August 17, 1945 in Marseille, France to the late Johnny and Rose (Destro) Zamora. Antoine served his in the Vietnam War in the United States Army. He loved riding his motorcycle and reading books. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Antoine is also preceded in death by his son, Inez Zamora. He is survived by his beloved wife, Yvonne Zamora of Edgewood, NM; sons, John Zamora and wife Hollie of Rio Rancho, NM, Luciano Zamora of Edgewood, NM, Raphael Zamora of Edgewood, NM, Lupe Zamora of Edgewood, NM, Joseph Zamora of Edgewood, NM and Matthew Zamora of Edgewood, NM; daughters, Mary Zamora of Rio Rancho, NM, Roseann Riley and husband Mike of Edgewood, NM, Antonia Zamora of Colorado Springs, CO and Theresa Zamora of Rio Rancho, NM as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Antoine was blessed with 10 grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be on Monday, January 29, 2018 at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Edgewood, NM. The Viewing will be at 9:00 A.M. The Rosary will be recited at 10:00 A.M. with the Celebration of Mass to follow at 11:00 A.M. Pallbearers will be all of Antoine’s sons. Interment will be at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery in Moriarty, New Mexico.
