Ralph Lee Langley

Ralph Lee Langley, 83, of Estancia, New Mexico, passed away on December 20, 2017. Ralph was born in Estancia, NM on April 19, 1934 to the late James W and Sadie Langley. Ralph was a lifelong resident of the Estancia Valley in Torrance County. Ralph married Selia Francis from Mountainair on July 19, 1952. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Estancia in his younger years. In 1970 he received the Farm Family of The Year Award from the Torrance County Farm Bureau. He served on the Estancia School Board and the Estancia Soil and Water Conservation Board. Ralph was in the gravel business, a dairyman, a cattleman and raced horses but was known best for the absolute love he had for his family. He is also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Selia Langley; brothers, J.B. Langley and Monte Langley; half-brother, Roy Waggoner; sisters, Zola Mae Fletcher, Gladys Holden and Rosine Langley. Ralph is survived by his sons, Rocky Langley and wife Debra of Roswell, NM, Allen Langley and wife Barbara of Highrolls and Roy Langley of Estancia, NM and daughter, Tina Carrillo and husband Ted of Estancia, NM. Ralph was blessed with nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday December 23, 2017. The Viewing will be at 10:00 A.M and the Service will be at 11:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church in Estancia, NM. Reverand Runnel Riley will Officiate. Pallbearers will be Rocky Langley, Allen Langley, Roy Langley, Steven Langley, Dewayne Langley, Branden Langley and Cordell Langley. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ted Carillo, Glenn Mason, Christopher Carrillo, Howard Carlson, Sam Schropp, Ross Langford. Interment will be at the Estancia Cemetery in Estancia, NM. Arrangements were entrusted to Harris Hanlon Mortuary.
