Noel James Pachta

Noel James Pachta, 82, passed away on October 15, 2017 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born on June 3, 1935 in Raton, NM to the late Roman and Elizabeth (Vensina) Pachta. Noel was a member of the United States Navy and considered himself a jack of all trades. He worked for the National Park Services for 27 years in New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Alaska, North Carolina, Mississippi, New York and the Virgin Islands. Noel was a member of the Lions Club and an Officer of the Moriarty Historical Museum Society. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Rosalyn “Sammie” Pachta; brother, Bobby Pachta and sister, Albina Evelyn Pachta. Noel is survived by his sons, Bruce Pachta of the Virgin Islands and Glen Pachta of Hobbs, NM; brothers, David Pachta and wife Darla and Darwin Pachta and sisters, Roma Ann McGehee, Carol Lynn Munoz and husband Freddie and Katheryn Harrison and husband Michael. Noel was blessed with 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at 2128 Celeste SW Albuquerque, New Mexico.
